For over three decades, I've worked alongside ambitious business owners and leadership teams who want clarity, certainty, and confidence to make better decisions.

My career as a business coach has been at the intersection of strategic advisory, leadership coaching, and corporate governance. I've served as a Board Advisor, held equity positions on City PLC boards, and I’m a Non-Executive Director of multiple companies.

I've built a multifaceted advisory career portfolio. My clients range from SME business owners to C-suite leaders navigating complex transitions in fast evolving markets. I've founded and co-founded two coaching consultancies and previously worked as a specialist in growth acceleration with Assay Advisory, a boutique corporate finance firm and member of IMAP.

My approach is grounded in rigorous methodology and high-impact, psychology-based coaching. I help boards and leadership teams achieve transparency in decision-making, accountability in strategy, and alignment in execution.

I've been described as open, inclusive, and supportive and I’m driven by my client’s success. I'm a champion for women in business and ED&I. I'm proud of the transformations I've helped drive and energised daily by the incredible clients I work with.
